The NYWFIA 2023 annual training conference will be held from 11 June, 2023 to 14 June 2023 at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Syracuse New York.
Group rate is packaged with government per diem rate to include breakfast to be served during conference. Breakfast will be on the 2nd floor of hotel daily. Rate is $114.00 plus taxes if applicable (The same rate applies for Double rooms.) If guests are to be tax exempt, they need to bring proof of their tax exempt status with them at check in. Parking for event is available in hotel’s attached parking garage on a first come, first serve basis and is an additional fee of $8.00 per night. Commuter attendee parking will be validated by NYWFIA. Group block is valid until Thursday May 11, 2023, after which point availability is not promised. 48 hour cancellation required. Monday Luncheon Choices:
- Pesto Chicken – (Gluten Free) Seared Pesto Chicken (gluten free)-Seared Semi-Boneless Chicken with a Basil Pesto Sauce. Served with Angel Hair Pasta
- Herb Seared Salmon-Spicy Mango Salsa, served with Jasmine Rice
- Eggplant Roulade (vegetarian)-Lightly breaded eggplant filled with Ricotta and a Blend of Italian Cheeses, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with Capellini Pasta
Tuesday Dinner Choices
- Sirloin Steak-10oz sirloin with bacon caramelized onion demi-glace. Served with mashed potatoes
- Shrimp Scampi-Jumbo shrimp sauteed in virgin garlic oil tossed with lemon, white wine, roasted tomato and angel hair pasta.
- Roasted Vegetable Napoleon-Balsamic grilled portobello mushroom layered with herb boursin cheese, zucchini roasted peppers, red skin potatoes and caramelized onion. Served with red pepper coulis and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Registration
Registration for the full conference is $185. There are further options for attendees who want to pay single day or multiple days less than the full registration on the registration page.
